It was a very good doctor visit. I really like my doctor and the staff were friendly and helpful. I did not have to wait long to see my doctor.

From the moment I arrived for my appointment , I was greeted with kindness and professionalism. I was called back on time, and met with a beautiful kind and understanding nurse who took all the time I needed in answering my questions and listened to me explain why I was there.This was my first appointment , and I was nervous and not feeling well about the whole situation.<br>She spent time with me asked questions , listen to my answers and was caring and so helpful. Dr. Parnell put my mind at ease answering every question that I had as well as giving me documents with pictures and explanations of my procedures and my appointment. Later that day, I even received a recap of my entire appointment in bullet points to go over in my email. It was very valuable! Dr. Parnell was thorough and knowledgeable as well as very professional and caring.<br>In a very uncomfortable situation and sometimes scary , I was made to feel at ease and very cared about.<br>Ann Odom
