Dr. Cramer is a fellowship-trained urogynecologist, specializing in the care of women with pelvic organ prolapse and urinary incontinence. She is passionate about addressing conditions that are often uncomfortable, sometimes embarrassing, and too often left untreated—helping her patients regain function and confidence in their daily lives.
Inspired by exceptional mentors during her residency, Dr. Cramer was drawn to the meaningful impact of urogynecology and the opportunity to improve women’s quality of life. She combines advanced clinical expertise with a compassionate, patient-centered approach to provide comprehensive care for women’s pelvic health needs.

I drove from Huntsville Al to her office, an hour and a half almost two hours in traffic to avoid the one doctor in Huntsville Al that has the same medical credentials because I wanted a good doctor that also had good beside manners. Dr. Meagan Cramer was thorough, very sweet, listened, wasn't snippy, and I left her practice having made a one year recheck with confidence. Sometimes you need to drive a little further to get the compassionate care you want.
